  • Separate worksheet packets for each of you, made to print and write on
  • A separate login for each of you
  • Self-guided, with your own therapist, coach or chosen support
  • A Soteria guide whenever you want one: individual or couples coaching at $250 an hour
  • Stands on its own. You do not need to have done Find Your Footing first
